Breakdown or accidents

In the event of a breakdown or accident, call 0800 074 5411 and choose the relevant option.

In the event of an accident, please take the following action:

Do not admit liability.
Exchange details (use the tear-off section of the yellow bump card located in your vehicle).
Obtain name and telephone numbers of the other driver.
Call us immediately on 0800 074 5411.
If anyone is injured, dial 999 to report to the police and call an ambulance.

Puncture

If you have a puncture, replace the tyre as soon as possible.
