Flying into the UK’s busiest airport? You can find our car rental branch on New Road just outside the airport grounds. Don’t let the fact we aren’t inside the airport building put you off. We have a dedicated shuttle bus that will come collect you from Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 and drop you off at our branch. Don’t worry about returning your hire car, we’ll drop you back off at your chosen terminal too.

Based north of the airport, you can find us in the Harlington area on New Road located just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the terminals.
When you book with us, our dedicated shuttle bus will pick you up from the terminal you have arrived at. Once you have arrived and collected your baggage, we ask you to give us a call and we’ll give you instructions on where to meet our shuttle bus.

With our one-way rental option, you can easily collect your hire car from our Heathrow branch and return it to any of our locations across the UK. This can be convenient if you are leaving from a different airport or only need to hire a car for part of your journey.
A fee is applied automatically to the checkout when you select two different locations on the booking funnel. The fee can depend on the vehicle hired but it won’t be based on the distance covered.

London operates a Congestion Zone. Our Heathrow branch is not based in this zone but if you are considering driving a hire car in London, it is worth checking out what areas of London City Centre are in this zone and what the charges are before you travel. If you are trying to get to the other side of London, you may want to consider using the M25 outer ring road, this is likely to be less congested than driving through the city centre.
If you are travelling to the east side of London and use the Dartford Crossing, there is a charge for using this called the Dart Charge. The easiest way is to pay online in advance - you’ll just need a note of your hire car registration.

One-way car rental is available from £100 when booking a manual car and £125 for an automatic car. Charges are not based on the distance covered but on the vehicle size. If it is easier for you to pick up your car hire from Heathrow Airport and drop it off at another Arnold Clark Rental location, you can – just let us know at the time of your booking.
When hiring a vehicle, you must physically present either a credit or debit card in your own name when collecting the rental vehicle.
When collecting your rental car, you’ll be asked to present your DVLA check code which allows our branch to check the online counterpart of your photo driving licence.
