Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental received an overall customer score of 82%, making us the highest-ranked UK car hire company in the survey. We were also one of only three providers to be awarded Which? Recommended Provider status.

The independent consumer champion surveyed more than 3,600 people who had hired a vehicle over the previous two years. Alongside customer feedback, Which? also compared rental companies on pricing transparency, terms and conditions, website functionality and overall fairness.
