The Arnold Clark Group was the subject of a cyber attack on the evening of 23rd December 2022.
We are continuing to work closely with a number of external expert consultants across multiple fields to analyse the damage and mitigate the effects of the cyber attack. Our investigative work is ongoing and will likely continue for some time.
We are updating and engaging constructively with the police and regulators (including the ICO) about the incident and the risk mitigation steps we are putting in place.
