Scotland ready to host famous golf events this summer

Scotland is getting ready to host four top golf events this summer.

And Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental, a proud member of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators, can't wait to welcome some of the world's best players as well as thousands of fans.

A record-breaking 290,000 spectators are set to attend the world-renowned Old Course in St Andrews for The Open, while the Women’s Scottish Open will take place at the Dundonald Links.

Ayshire’s Dundonald Links recently unveiled 18 luxury lodges, 22 hotel rooms, a new clubhouse with Michelin-calibre restaurant, whisky tasting room and more after a £25million investment.

The Men's Open Championship begins on July 14th, and the Women’s Scottish Open takes place July 28th – 31st.

And that's not all. The Men's British Senior Open kicks off on July 21st at Gleneagles, while the Women's British Open starts on August 4th at Muirfield.

Philippa Tougher and Suzanne Lockett, Corporate Account Managers at Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental, are both looking forward to welcoming golf fans to Scotland.
