Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental employees commended by the BVRLA.

Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental employees Emma Gilmour and Naomi Kerr both received a commendation at the BVRLA Annual Dinner on Thursday 5th March.

The black tie event saw around 750 attendees join the BVRLA at the London Hilton to honour the achievements of some of the vehicle rental and leasing industry’s finest.

Rental Advisors Emma Gilmour and Naomi Kerr were recognised for achieving the joint highest scores out of everyone who successfully completed the BVRLA IMI Rental Operator Skills Award in 2019. This certification demonstrates a recognised level of knowledge, skill and an understanding of best practice within the industry.

Commenting on the joint achievement, Margaret Speirs, Operations Manager for Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental said: ‘We are very proud of Emma and Naomi for achieving the top two results for the UK and for all the hard work they put in.’

The evening also featured entertainment from comedian and actor Omid Djalili, and generous donations from attendees exceeding £10,500 for the event’s chosen charity, BEN, which specialises in providing emotional and financial support to both former and existing automotive industry employees.
