If you're a UK resident, all you need to do is pop along to your chosen branch with your driving licence and two forms of proof of address (e.g., utility bill and bank statement dated within the last three months). You will also need to bring a credit or debit card in the name of the person who will be driving the hire car. Please note that a third party is able to pay for the cost of the hire as long as they are present at the time of booking.
