Our Dumbarton branch is closing

Important information about the upcoming closing of our Arnold Clark Car and Van Rental Dumbarton branch.

Arnold Clark Rental Dumbarton is closing down, with all operations transferring to the Glasgow South Street branch.

When is the branch closing?

The branch will close from 1st June 2017.

What if my car has to be returned after 1st June?

We’ll do everything we can to make your return as convenient for you as possible. For more information, contact Rental Reservations on 0141 237 4374.

Can I still hire in Dumbarton?

We’ll be running a shuttle service from Dumbarton to our South Street branch as and when required. Just tell our staff when you’re booking over the phone or let us know in the ‘additional information’ box if you’re booking online, and we’ll make the appropriate arrangements.

What will happen to the staff?

All staff will be transferring to the Glasgow South Street branch, so when you come in to visit you’ll be welcomed by the same friendly faces.

Are the prices changing?

Other than the change in location, you can expect the same fantastic Arnold Clark rental experience. At our South Street branch, you’ll enjoy the familiar helpful service, great prices and unrivalled selection of rental vehicles from small city cars to nine-seater people carriers.
