The price you pay for your hire vehicle includes insurance as standard. However, you are able to purchase an excess waiver to avoid being charged if any damage to the vehicle occurs.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, call the phone number displayed on the vehicle's windscreen or find it in the information document.
You will be given 250 miles free per day for all hires. If you hire a car for four or more days, you will be given unlimited mileage. This is capped at 2,500 miles in any 28-day period.
We aim to make your journey as seamless as possible. This is why some of our branches offer free pick ups and drop offs from local train and bus stations. Contact your branch for more details.
You can also drop off your hire car at another one of our branches. Please request this at time of booking.
We also offer a range of add ons you can purchase, including baby and child seats (from as little as £1), sat navs and additional drivers.
